information do I need when I call? - Please leave dates of
boarding, type of bird, your name and phone number.

Do I need to
bring my bird's cage? - No. We will supply your bird with an
appropriately sized cage. Please do bring favorite toys and your
bird's sleeping perch.

What if my bird gets sick while I am away? - Your bird will
immediately be taken to Niles Animal Hospital. You are responsible
for any charges incurred for your bird's medical care. You will be
notified as soon as possible - please remember that your bird's health is
our primary concern and that you will be called only after your bird's
emergency is taken care of by a veterinarian.

What other paperwork is required?

medical verification paperwork, a Boarding Agreement must be
