No bird will be accepted without proof of veterinary check within the past year.  We will also need a veterinary check if your bird has had contact with other untested birds since his last yearly check.

The veterinary work up must include:

1. Physical Exam
2. Complete Blood Chemistry Panel, including CBC
3. Psittacosis Test - Three year retest REQUIRED
4. Fecal Smear
5. Psittacine Beak & Feather Disease Test
6. Polyoma Shot or Test

PLEASE BE ADVISED THAT SOME TEST RESULTS MAY TAKE UP TO TWO WEEKS.

Since this is for the protection of your bird and for our other clients, there will be NO EXCEPTIONS!

We charge $10.00/night for a small breed, i.e. budgies, canaries, finches, lovebirds, etc.;  $11.00/night for medium breeds, i.e. cockatiels, small conures, senegals, red bellies, meyers, etc.;  $13.00/night for large parrots, i.e. greys, amazons, eclectus', etc.  Multiple bird and long term (longer than a month) discounts are available.  Our charges include:

Pick-up and drop-off service is also available (you provide the carrier) within a 10 mile radius for $20.00 each trip.  Call for pricing for over 10 miles.
